The newly renovated suite is fully equipped with everything you need for a self-catering experience with an outfitted kitchen. Dine in or out, it is up to you, everything you need for meal preparation or just snacks during a break from the beach.

The main bedroom has a king bed and a small sitting area with TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed, wardrobe and mirror.

The kitchen includes a gas stovetop, refrigerator, microwave and sink with plenty of counter space to pull up a stool to eat.

ACCESS

After dinner, you can stroll back to the beach for sunset or better yet, walk to The Crow’s Nest for sundowners.

Beach toys and towels will be available for guest use.

Guests have access to their suite and one space of parking.

Pets and other service animals shall not be allowed on any furniture. Pets shall not be left in units unsupervised. Additional cleaning fees will be applied for soiled furniture, linens or other additional cleaning due to animals.

For extended stays, rooms will be serviced every 4th day. Guests will have access to additional linens and towels as needed and requested. There is no staff on site but you will be able to contact staff electronically.

We are located on the corner of East Cliff Drive and 14th Ave in Unincorporated Santa Cruz County. From the freeway, take the Soquel Ave exit and use either 7th Avenue or 17th Ave, to get to East Cliff Drive. The Swell House offers ONE PARKING SPACE per suite and additional Parking can be found on 14th Ave.
